Monica Auciello has been appointed chief legal officer and general counsel for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, according to a Tuesday news release.
Auciello will oversee the organization’s legal functions, including contracts, compliance, litigation, risk management, and brand management, according to
Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.
She previously served as vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance and risk officer of Sidecar Health Insurance Company.
