Blank Rome’s Boston Office Grows Through New Corporate Trio

Steve Brook, Rob Chow, and Bill Sopp have joined Blank Rome’s corporate, M&A, and securities group in Boston, the firm said Wednesday. Brook and Chow are partners and Sopp is a senior counsel, the firm said.

Brook serves as general counsel to corporate clients, advising them on financings, governance, and securities law compliance, among other issues, and represents clients on M&A and private equity transactions, according to the firm.

Chow has experience representing emerging companies and their venture capital investors, as well as middle-market private equity clients, the firm said.
