Blank Rome Taps Clara Feldman as Luxury Brands Practice Head

Clara Feldman joined Blank Rome as a partner and chair of its luxury brands practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Feldman also joins as a member of the firm’s real estate group and industry team, the firm said. She focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on complex commercial leasing, corporate agreements, financing, acquisitions, and sales.
