A. Kelly Williams has joined Blank Rome as senior counsel in the corporate, M&A, and securities group in Houston, the firm said Thursday.
Williams will advise private equity funds, portfolio companies, financial institutions, and privately held businesses on structuring and implementing acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions, according to Blank Rome.
Most recently, he managed the private equity firm, Milestone Capital, Inc., where he led the middle-market private equity team, said the firm.
