Blank Rome Recruits Tiffany Sanders as Real Estate Of Counsel

Tiffany Sanders joined Blank Rome as an of counsel in its real estate group in Washington, the firm announced Oct. 30.

Sanders represents clients in debt financing, workouts and restructuring, acquisitions and diligence, joint ventures, lease negotiations, construction contracts, service contracts, insurance loss and litigation, risk assessments, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning, the firm said.

She joins from Edge Funds Management, where she was president and general counsel.
