Blank Rome has opened a new office in Dallas with six partners, the firm said Monday.
Steven R. Block and Jason S. Luter will serve as Dallas office co-chairs and members of the corporate, M&A, and securities group, according to Blank Rome. Mark W. Harris, Justin G. Mapes, Christopher M. McNeill, and Michael B. Thimmig also join the firm as partners.
The Dallas office is the firm’s second location in Texas and 15th location overall, Blank Rome said.
