Mark Johansen joined Blank Rome as a partner in its business litigation group and financial services industry team in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Johansen represents Texas-based and national clients in high-stakes disputes involving financial services, energy, healthcare, real estate, private equity, technology, and early-stage companies. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation involving multimillion-dollar contract and fraud disputes, mergers and acquisitions, business torts, securities and shareholder litigation, labor and employment, trade secrets, and professional liability, the firm said.
He joins from Egan Nelson.
