William Weltman joined Blank Rome as a partner in the Business Litigation group and Food & Beverage and Technology industry teams in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.
Weltman brings experience in complex litigation and counseling, particularly for private equity firms and their portfolio companies facing contractual, trade secret, and technology disputes. He also represents high net worth individuals and family offices in trust and estate litigation, the firm said.
He joins from Reed Smith.
