Luke Reid has joined Blank Rome as a partner with the firm’s maritime group and as a member of its transportation industry team in Boston, the firm said Monday.
Reid, a former US Coast Guard officer, advises clients in connection with international and domestic maritime regulatory compliance, and represents maritime clients in connection with government investigations and criminal and civil litigation, according to the firm.
He has represented maritime companies in matters before the US Coast Guard, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Labor, the Justice Department, and other agencies.
He joins Blank Rome from K&L Gates.
