Blank Rome Expands Finance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group

Stephanie K. Hor-Chen has joined Blank Rome as a partner with the finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy group in Chicago, the firm said Wednesday.

Hor-Chen, who has transactional and bankruptcy court experience, focuses on insolvency and restructuring, according to Blank Rome.

She represents lenders in out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings as well as other creditors, receivers, assignees for the benefit of creditors, and purchasers of assets in distressed transactions, out-of-court restructurings, and in-court proceedings, Blank Rome said.

She joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman.
