Bradley Henry and Kathleen H. Shannon have joined Blank Rome as partners in the white collar defense and investigations group in New York and Washington, D.C., respectively, the firm said Monday.
The pair, who joins from Akerman, advises clients on criminal defense and government investigations, internal investigations, and compliance matters, according to Blank Rome.
They also represent foreign clients in the US for issues that fall under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, said the firm.
Foreign associate, Ekinsu Çebi Elkei, and of counsel Jason F. Emert, join alongside the partners.
