Barrett R. Howell has joined Blank Rome as a partner in the white collar defense and investigations group in Dallas, Texas, the firm said Tuesday.
Howell has experience defending clients in federal criminal investigations and prosecutions, as well as civil fraud investigations and enforcement actions, according to Blank Rome.
He has represented clients across the healthcare, telemedicine, pharmaceuticals, and financial service sectors, said the firm.
