Blank Rome Adds Shane Pennington as Business Litigation Partner

Shane Pennington joined Blank Rome as a partner in its business litigation group in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.

Pennington focuses his practice on federal appeals and challenges to federal agency action under the Administrative Procedure Act. He will also be a member of the appellate litigation practice and cannabis and life sciences industry teams, the firm said.

He joins from Porter Wright Morris and Arthur.
