Philip N. Yannella has joined Blank Rome as a partner in the corporate litigation group and will serve as co-chair of the privacy, security, and data protection practice in Philadelphia, the firm said Tuesday.
Yannella advises clients on regulatory compliance, privacy litigation, data breach counseling and investigations, and data governance, according to Blank Rome.
He has experience representing clients in privacy and data security litigations, including lawsuits filed under the Defense of Trade Secrets Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and Stored Communications Act, said the firm.
He served as a partner and co-leader of the privacy and data security group at Ballard Spahr, according to the firm.
