Rachael Pontikes, Emily Hussey, and Shannon McClure joined Blank Rome as partners in its life sciences industry team and business litigation group, the firm announced Tuesday.
Pontikes and Hussey represent clients in the life sciences and health care industries. They counsel on regulatory compliance, administrative actions, due diligence in health care transactions, licensing matters, and industry advocacy. Their clients include pharmacies, drug manufacturers, distributors, telehealth platforms, and health care providers.
McClure is handles disputes in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations. She represents pharmaceutical and medical device companies, as well as clients in other industries.
