Blank Rome Adds Fraser Collin as Corporate Team Partner

Fraser Collin joined Blank Rome as a partner in the corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities group in Boston, the firm announced Monday.

Collin will focus his practice on advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity and venture capital financings, the firm said.

He joins from Dragonfly Group, where he served as general counsel and head of M&A.
