Blank Rome Adds Ex-Chief Judge Goldberg for Business Litigation

Mitchell Goldberg, most recently the chief judge of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, joins Blank Rome effective Jan. 1 in its business litigation group in Philadelphia, the firm announced Tuesday.

Goldberg brings more than 40 years of experience to the firm. He developed significant experience in pharmaceutical patent disputes and related antitrust litigation, including Hatch-Waxman work, gained over more than a decade as a visiting judge in the District of Delaware, the firm said.
