Blank Rome Adds Corporate Litigation Partner Germain Labat in LA

Germain Labat has joined Blank Rome as a partner in the corporate litigation practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.

Labat, who was previously a partner at Greenspoon Marder, represents companies in state and federal trial and appellate courts, according to Blank Rome.

His practice includes securities litigation, control disputes and other corporate governance matters as well as intellectual property litigation, franchise disputes, and misappropriation of trade secrets, the firm said.
