Big Law Steers as Firms Invest in Hyphen Construction Software

Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Baker Botts advised Hyphen Solutions, a provider of cloud-based management software for residential construction, on its “significant” investment from private equity firms GreyLion Capital and Stone Point Capital LLC, according to a statement.

More than 70,000 North American builders, installers, and manufacturers use Hyphen’s supply chain scheduling, procurement, and collaboration solutions, the statement said. Hyphen’s network executed over 20 million home builder purchase orders last year topping $36 billion.
