Justin Kingsolver joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a partner in its litigation and investigations department and antitrust, competition, and trade practice group in Phoenix and Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Kingsolver works with complex commercial litigation, with a focus on antitrust and health-care matters. He represents prominent companies in high-stakes disputes before federal and state courts and arbitration panels across the country, the firm said. He also represents companies in federal and state court litigation, raising diverse claims and counterclaims ranging from privacy to intellectual property to defamation to business torts.
