R. Nelson Williams has joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a partner in the employment and labor practice in St. Louis, Mo., the firm said Wednesday.
Williams joins from Thompson Coburn, where he was the vice chair of the labor and employment practice group, according to BCLP.
He has experience in litigating union grievances and has defended class and conditional certification actions under the FLSA and state law, said the firm.
