Valerie Paverd has joined BCLP as a partner with the technology and commercial practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Paverd focuses on outsourcing, digital transformation and tech transactions, according to BCLP. Her clients work in the consumer packaged goods, financial services, healthcare, automotive, entertainment, and agriculture industries.
She co-chaired the digital transformation and outsourcing practice at Nelson Mullins.
