Matt Sides joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a partner in its energy, environment, and infrastructure practice group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm announced Thursday.
Sides advises lenders, tax equity investors, and sponsors on the financing, acquisition, development, and construction of energy projects— including negotiating tax equity partnerships and lease investment structures, the firm said.
He joins from Troutman Pepper.
