Marty Taylor joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a partner in its real estate finance group in Irvine, Calif., the firm announced Tuesday.
Taylor’s practice focuses on syndications, mezzanine lending, and restructuring and bankruptcy, with a focus in navigating complex transactions, distressed assets, and workouts, the firm said.
He joins from Greenberg Traurig.
