Fraser Wayne has joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a partner in the energy, environment, and infrastructure practice group in Denver, the firm said Monday.
Wayne focuses on domestic and international energy transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures and development arrangements involving renewable and non-renewable assets and related infrastructure, according to BCLP.
He joins the firm from Kirkland & Ellis, BCLP said.
