BCLP Hires Dechert Cross-Border M&A Partner Brank for DC Office

Laura Brank joined BCLP as a partner in its corporate transactions practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Tuesday.

Brank is a corporate and finance lawyer with a M&A practice focused on emerging markets and cross-border transactions. She advises multinational corporations, investment funds, banks, multilateral institutions and high-net-worth individuals on complex corporate and finance matters, as well as on corporate governance and compliance matters, including international sanctions, throughout the US, Europe and Central Asia, the firm said.

She joins from Dechert LLP.
