BCLP Adds Kirkland Capital Markets Lawyer to LA Corporate Team

Abbey Raish joined BCLP as a partner in its corporate transactions practice in Los Angeles, where she will focus on capital markets, securities and sustainability matters, the firm announced Monday.

Raish brings more than a decade of experience advising on complex transactional matters, including initial public offerings, debt and equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, SPAC transactions and cross-border deals. She also counsels boards and management on corporate governance, disclosure obligations, regulatory compliance and stock exchange requirements, the firm said.

She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
