Susan Carney Lynch joined BCLP as a partner in its litigation and investigations department in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.
Lynch brings more than 27 years of experience with the Department of Justice, leading False Claims Act cases involving the healthcare sector. Her work has spanned a broad range of healthcare providers including national and regional hospital systems, academic medical centers, skilled nursing facilities, home healthcare, hospice care and more, the firm said.
She joins from the Department of Justice.
