David Kelly joined the National Basketball Players Association as managing director and general counsel, the organization announced Thursday.
Kelly will lead all legal matters for the NBPA, working with the union, THINK450, and the NBPA Foundation, while overseeing the strategic direction of the NBPA.
He joins from the Golden State Warriors, where he served as chief legal officer..
