Baseball’s Orioles Land New Legal Chief Ahead of Spring Training

Major League Baseball’s Baltimore Orioles announced Tuesday their hire of Kamaal Jones as the team’s new chief legal officer and general counsel.

Jones, a former Big Law associate, most recently was an assistant general counsel at Monumental Sports & Entertainment LLC, owner of the NBA’s Washington Wizards, NHL’s Washington Capitals, and several other sports, media, and entertainment assets.
