Elizabeth Fenton joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its Wilmington, Del., office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Fenton’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, shareholder issues, antitrust matters, and enforcement of restrictive agreements. She represents clients in private equity, health care, energy, manufacturing, and other industries in trials, arbitrations, and internal investigations, the firm said.
