Frank W. DeBorde and Lisa Wolgast have joined Barnes & Thornburg as partners in the finance, insolvency, and restructuring department in in Atlanta, the firm said Monday.
DeBorde represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings, handles workouts and contested foreclosures, and advises lenders in lender liability cases. Wolgast concentrates her practice on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy issues, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
Joining alongside the partners are Jason H. Watson as of counsel and Talia B. Wagner as associate.
