Robert Karr Jr. rejoined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its corporate department in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Karr represents companies in the manufacturing, construction, banking, trading, and service industries in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate, financing, sales and supply agreements, intellectual property development, compliance and risk management counseling, human resources, and government relations, the firm said.
He joins from Blommer Chocolate Company, where he was chief legal officer.
