Jason M. Zucchi has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner with the intellectual property department in Minneapolis, Minn., the firm said Thursday.
Zucchi focuses on IP diligence, licensing, patenting strategies, and counseling emerging businesses seeking to commercialize and protect their innovations, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
He has represented clients in federal district and state courts, and he has experience with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, Barnes & Thornburg said.
