Kathryn Cobb joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its associations and nonprofits practice in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Cobb brings experience in advising trade and professional associations as well as public charities on legal and operational matters. She regularly serves as outside general counsel to her clients, supporting leadership teams across issues including corporate governance, compliance, employment, fundraising, intellectual property and risk management, the firm said.
She joins from Ice Miller LLP, according to her LinkedIn profile.
