Barnes & Thornburg Recruits Maya Grassi as Corporate Partner

Maya Grassi joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its corporate department in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Grassi advises associations and other nonprofit organizations on contracts, tax, governance, political law, and grants, the firm said. She also advises nonprofit organizations on issues related to programs and operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
