Barnes & Thornburg Recruits M&A, Private Equity Partner in NY

Christopher Isaacs joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its M&A and private equity teams in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Isaacs advises clients on complex transactional matters and represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, asset managers, financial technology and crypto-asset companies, as well as early-stage companies and their investors across a variety of industries. He advises on both domestic and cross-border transactions, including asset and equity deals, and handles transactions involving complex regulatory considerations, particularly in the financial services sector, the firm said.
