Dino Wu joined Barnes & Thornburg as partner in its corporate department in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Wu represents sell-side and buy-side clients, including hedge funds, mutual funds, corporations, banks, and swap dealers, in negotiating trading agreements for derivatives and other financial products, the firm said.
In addition, he advises clients agreements involving derivatives, futures and options, crypto and other digital assets, prime brokerage, margin lending, term commitments, and the custody, netting, and optimization of collateral.
