Vincent B. Lillegard has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the corporate department in Nashville, Tenn., the firm said Friday.
Lillegard represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and banks. He centers his practice on capital market debt transactions and syndicated bank credit facilities, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
Prior to joining the firm, Lillegard was a partner with Bass Berry & Sims.
