Barnes & Thornburg Recruits Corporate Partner David Andersen

David Andersen joined Barnes & Thornburg as partner in its corporate department in Los Angeles, the firm announced Thursday.

Andersen advises public and private companies and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and other corporate matters, the firm said. He represents clients in the media and entertainment, technology, and health-care industries.

He also represents companies in all phases of the corporate life cycle, including initial formation and capitalization, restructurings and recapitalizations, corporate governance, and compliance with ongoing disclosure obligations under federal securities laws.
