Keith Melman joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its corporate department in Los Angeles, the firm announced Thursday.
Melman guides organizations through legal and business challenges. His practice focuses on veterinary health care, entertainment, media, manufacturing, health care, and technology, the firm said.
He joins from Mars Science & Diagnostics, where he was associate general counsel.
