Jason Myers rejoined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in its real estate department in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Myers handles complex transactional and legal matters, with a focus on commercial real estate and finance, the firm said.
He advises on traditional real estate and finance transactions and projects in the energy, public-private partnership, mergers and acquisitions, and economic development sectors.
