Barnes & Thornburg Builds Out Healthcare Fraud Arm in D.C.

Barnes & Thornburg has added healthcare litigation, investigations, and compliance partners John Kelly and Jacquelyn Papish to its Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Monday.

Kelly will serve as chair of the firm’s healthcare department and healthcare industry practice. He joins from Bass, Berry & Sims, where he represented companies and individuals in healthcare enforcement, regulatory, and compliance matters and served as co-chair of the compliance and government investigations practice.

Papish has represented clients in a range of commercial litigation matters, according to the firm. She also joins from Bass, Berry & Sims.
