M. Elizabeth Walker and Jerimi J. Ullom have joined Barnes & Thornburg as healthcare and public finance partners in Indianapolis, Ind., the firm said Wednesday.
Walker is a leading tax-exempt bond practitioner who concentrates on debt financing for 501(c)(3) and governmental organizations. She has a healthcare finance focus and represents borrowers, issuers, underwriters, and lenders in tax-exempt and taxable financings, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
Ullom serves as bond and borrower’s counsel for healthcare, governmental, and other nonprofit clients as well as underwriter’s and lender’s counsel in financing transactions, Barnes & Thornburg said.
