Barnes & Thornburg Adds Matthew Michaels in Corporate Department

Matthew Michaels rejoined Barnes & Thornburg in its corporate department in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

Michaels focuses his practice on regulatory and business challenges faced by federal government contractors, including bid protests, commercial disputes, federal investigations, compliance, and due diligence and transactions, the firm said.

He represents clients before various government bodies in acquisitions ranging from small business procurements to multibillion-dollar deals across multiple sectors, including aerospace, information technology, data analytics, shipbuilding, camouflage manufacturing, and the space industry, the firm said.
