Noah A. Katsell has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner with the litigation department in San Diego, the firm said Tuesday
Katsell represents public and private companies, boards of directors and their committees, and individual directors and officers, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
He works on securities and complex commercial litigation, class actions, trade secret claims, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions, Barnes & Thornburg said.
