Thomas N. Hutchinson has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner with healthcare department and corporate department in Indianapolis, the firm said Tuesday.
Hutchinson provides advice to for-profit and non-profit healthcare providers on orthopedic and urology ventures and assists clients with physician practice acquisitions, hospital-physician joint ventures, clinical co-management arrangements, professional services arrangements, and Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
He served as chair of the healthcare practice at his previous firm, which was an Indianapolis-based law firm, Barnes & Thornburg said.
