John E. Fitzsimmons has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the labor and employment department in San Diego, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Fitzsimmons focuses on defending employers in wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related litigation. He specializes in intellectual property-related claims, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
He practiced in the San Diego office of DLA Piper.
