Brittany McCants has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the labor and employment department in Washington, D.C., the law firm announced Tuesday.
McCants advises on executive compensation matters related to M&A transactions, IPOs, and day-to-day corporate governance, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
She also advises companies on the design, implementation, and operation of equity incentive plans, Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure requirements, and proxy advisory firm policies, said the firm.
