Barnes & Thornburg Adds Corporate Partners in Chicago, Atlanta

Elizabeth Davis and Princess Fuller joined Barnes & Thornburg as partners in its corporate department, the firm announced Tuesday.

Davis joined the firm’s Chicago office from Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business counseling across various industries, including logistics, insurance, food and beverage, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Fuller joins the Atlanta office from McDermott Will & Schulte. She advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across diverse industries while also advising on energy and infrastructure matters, particularly in renewable energy project finance, according to Barnes & Thornburg.
